Agbaje Rafiu obtained his National Diploma (Food Technology) from The Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara state, Nigeria in 1998; BSc. (Hons) in Food Science and Technology from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, (UNAAB) Ogun State, Nigeria in 2004; MSc. (Food Biotechnology) by research from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2015. He is currently a Doctor of Philosophy candidate(PhD. AgSE, Food Processing & Value Addition), PG15/0494, 2015/2016 session, at the Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Development and Sustainable Environment, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Ogun State, Nigeria. His research interests include: Food Product Development/Characterisation, Functional foods, Sensory Analysis/Evaluation, Food Microbiology, Food Packaging, Shelf life determination, Food Chemistry/Analysis, Food Business Management; Human Nutrition. Mr Rafiu is a registered and professional member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST), also a member of South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE).
